1. Acceptance & Parental Responsibility

By creating an account on Sasha, you confirm that you are a parent or legal guardian creating a household for your family. Parents are responsible for setting household rules, managing child profiles, and supervising application usage.

2. Parent Mode & PIN Security

Parent Mode controls sensitive actions including mission creation, star approvals, penalties, and reward redemptions. You are responsible for keeping your 4-digit Parent PIN secure.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Sasha offers a Free plan and a Family Plus subscription:

• •Family Plus is paid per period — Rp49.000 for one month or Rp399.000 for one year — by QRIS through our payment provider (SumoPod).
• •Nothing renews automatically. QRIS payments are one-time, so each period is started by you and ends on its own.
• •There is nothing to cancel. Access simply ends when the period you paid for ends, and your family data is never deleted when the plan returns to Free.

4. Scope of Application Limits

Sasha usage limits control child screens inside the Sasha application. Sasha does not lock your device operating system or block external third-party applications.

5. Fair Play & Positive Reinforcement

Sasha is designed as an encouraging habit-building system. Parents agree to use star rewards and penalties fairly to foster responsibility and positive child growth.
